A fairy’s retreat

Rich, decorative tints were used liberally in this little girl's room. On one wall, wide stripes of sky blue, dainty pink and apple green work side by side to play up the room’s colour scheme. A cheerful fuchsia moulding between the stripes provides a perfectly finished look. Made from sparkle organza, the apple green sheers adorn the window, while the pillows, carpet and other matching accent pieces ingeniously draw attention to the playful palette. An all-out celebration of colour!

Delicately soft

Here, calm tones were used to create a mellow atmosphere, conducive to rest and relaxation. Sandy beige, chocolate brown and aqua-infused blue blend beautifully in this room to make it a snug and welcoming cocoon. To perk up the headboard and bring out the framed picture above it, we painted part of this wall with the same beige that was used for the room’s entrance. With their shades of light brown, pale turquoise and white, the pillows, duvet cover and candles emphasize the room’s delicate tranquility.
