The Village Global Style - Cosy and fun finds

A mouth-watering red provides the perfect backdrop for a sophisticated decor featuring gold, green and brown hues. Here, we emphasized handmade items and authentic materials, such as wool, natural fabrics and rattan, which charmingly enhance the room’s warm and convivial atmosphere for a fun-filled, traditional festive celebration. The fireplace offers a wonderful opportunity to create an enchanting vignette: snowman, knit Christmas stockings just waiting to be filled, rattan reindeer and matching standing lamp. The trick to keeping the natural-looking pine looking simple? Nothing sophisticated, just the right kind and amount of ornaments to set the tone. Snowmen, ponies, little angels and reindeer, all made of natural soft fibres in shades of beige, green and brown, sparingly adorn the tree, while, at its base sit gifts wrapped in beautiful gold, green or red paper, each one embellished with a single large ribbon in a complementary colour. The Oasis Style - Gold and silver Christmas

The Oasis style holidays are all about romanticism, elegance and sophistication. Your starting point is the wallpaper with an arabesque design, all the rage this year. A great find: the carpet that matches the paper’s pattern and offers a visual delight for the eyes. Graceful flowers, shiny icicles, exquisite snowflakes, all in tones of silver and white represent all the season’s hallmarks: ice, snow and light. Spread among the boughs are feathers that lend softness and style, while a lit pearl garland adds opulence to the tree. The banister is also wrapped with a pearl garland and white ribbons hung with gold balls. The entire length is lit with a multitude of miniature, pure white lights. To top it all off, we chose only white accessories, reminiscent of our beautiful winter landscapes, supplemented by subtle touches of gold and silver, and gifts wrapped with heavy gold paper tied with white ribbon. A Spirit style holiday decor is the joy of being in a room that sparkles with originality. Start with an all-white cube-shaped table as one of your central pieces. The secret to giving a festive look to an area that is sleek, airy and white is to use accent colours and the right accessories. An entire wall of textured stone provides added bas-relief and style, while, in the centre, a fireplace adds cosiness to all those family get-togethers. Cheery red, green and gold candy-coloured ornaments, large white snowflakes, magnificent red stars and soaring reindeer – this tree is richly festooned with finery, stirring the imagination of child and adult alike.
