    Ecological Attributes

    This carpet is certified under the EcoLogo program (CCD-152: Flooring products) which supports an ongoing effort to improve and/or maintain the quality of the environment. This certification means the carpet has very low emissions of volatile organic compounds (less than 0.25 mg/m2.h) and formaldehyde (less than 0.02 mg/m2.h) and several other harmful substances found in the textile industry, which improves the indoor air quality in your home and reduces negative impacts on human health. The criteria also require renewable materials (40%), minimum performance, and a limit on water use during manufacture, which all reduce the impact on resources.
