Recycled interior paint. 3.78 L. 90% recycled from quality paint. Latex-based. Velvet finish. Choice of 16 premixed colours. Washable and easy to apply. High hiding power. Generates 4 times less greenhouse gas emission through the manufacturing process. EcoLogo certified. Low in VOCs (Volatile     Organic Compound). VOCs come from  solvents used during paint production. VOCs are atmospheric pollutants which escape during paint  application and drying, first inside, and then, outside the house.  By choosing a low VOC emission-free paint, you are being responsible towards your health and the environment. Low VOC levels. Made from 90% recycled paint. The production of recycled paint reduces greenhouse gas emissions by 75% compared to an equivalent production of virgin paint. "Ici on recycle (level 3)" certified production plant, with reuse, recuperation and recycling rates of 100%. By purchasing this product, you promote responsible management practices of hazardous waste (paint leftovers). Label made from 50% recycled material, 100% recyclable.     RONA ECO paint is made of 90% recycled quality paint. Our manufacturing process allows a major reduction of non-renewable resources used in the product. It's an outstanding example of the life cycle approach at work.
    • This product also lets us recover and generate value from leftover paint...a hazardous waste product.
    • According to a greenhouse gas (GHG) assessment by an independent third-party organization (based on SAGE methodology), recycled paint manufacture reduces GHG emissions by 75% compared to equivalent virgin paint production.
    • This product is EcoLogo certified as compliant with DCC-048 criteria for Recycled Latex Paint. EcoLogo certification identifies products manufactured so as to conserve non-renewable resources, improve air quality and reduce emissions of toxic waste into the environment.
    • This paint is low in volatile organic compounds (VOCs)...under 50 g/L. This means substantially less impact on health in your home.
    • The factory that makes our paint is certified ICI ON RECYCLE! Level 3 by RECYC-QUÉBEC. To qualify for this certification, a factory must recycle 99% of its residual materials.
    • The paper label on the container consists of 50% recycled fibre and 50% virgin fibre supplied from FSC certified forests.
    • The container is 100% recycled plastic, which helps recover and generate value from waste and avoid extraction of new raw materials. Both these factors also help reduce GHG emissions.
