Ecological Attributes

The broom head is made from 100% pre-consumer recycled PP, its bristles are made from 100% post-consumer recycled PET and the dust pan is made from 100% pre-consumer recycled PP. This significantly reduces the use of virgin plastic, a material produced from non-renewable resources. The use of recycled materials allows for waste reclamation while limiting the extraction of new raw materials, which avoids greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions related to landfill burial and material extraction.
• 100% of the wood used for the broom handle comes from a Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified forest. This certification guarantees that the wood comes from a forest managed according to the highest sustainable development standards, which contributes to preserving ecosystems.
•The broom can easily dismantled at the end of its life for easier recycling or reuse of its components, which contributes to a reduction in virgin resource consumption.
